Walked into the shop, looked nice. Upon further examination, I noticed many of the flowers on display were dead. Spoke to the employee about sending flowers to my mother. She was nice but she clearly hated her job. Flowers were pricey but it was for my mother so i was hoping they would last long. My mother called me a few days later and said they were already dead. When I phoned the shop, employee gave me to their manager, Jay. He was very rude and refused to apologize or send compensation. He suggested my mother didn't take proper care of the flowers. She had them for one day. Never going back.
